How far in advance should I order?

Weekly cookie orders: at least 3–5 days ahead. Custom orders and event desserts: 2–3 weeks ahead whenever possible.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes — local pickup in Maryland. Your pickup address, date and time window are confirmed by email after your order is placed.

Do you ship cookies?

We are not shipping at this time. All cookies and cake jars are available for local pickup in Maryland or local delivery only.

How should I store my cookies?

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. Warm for 10–15 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven middle.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Best within 3–4 days at room temperature, or freeze up to 2 months and thaw at room temperature.
