Order Policies
Ordering & lead time
Weekly cookie orders should be placed at least 3–5 days in advance. Custom and event orders should be requested 2–3 weeks ahead. All orders are confirmed by email.
Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received through the secure payment link included in your confirmation email.
Pickup & local delivery
Local pickup is available in Maryland. Your pickup address, date and time window are shared by email after your order is placed. Limited local delivery may be available — ask when ordering.
Changes & cancellations
Changes can be requested up to 72 hours before your pickup date. Because every item is made fresh to order, deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds, returns & chargebacks
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or accept chargebacks. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
